Description

Observing the total solar eclipse of July 2, 2019. After sailing for four days and 1000 miles south of Tahiti, deep in the South Pacific Ocean on a 4 masted yacht, we were able to manuver into a perfect position under the shadow-of-totality and experience this remote Solar Eclipse. When totality occured at 8:10am the sky darkened, temperature dropped and stars appeared. This totality lasted about 2 minutes and 50 seconds, truly an other-worldly experience! Notice the eclipse image in an observers camera viewfinder by the railing.
